Can We 'Get Together'?

Who could have predicted that Madonna's most artful video in years would be a quasi-animated hybrid featuring repurposed footage and seemingly recycled computer graphics?

The clip for Get Together debuted on
VH1.com just as the tune, a growing fan favorite, topped the Billboard dance charts. In doing so, it joins a long list of Madonna songs that are preordained to assert the woman's regular appearance at the top of club playlists.

The video, a mash-up of Her performance at the Koko space in London late last year (and broadcast via AOL at the time) and rotoscope-esque computer manipulation, is like a fun acid trip down an intergalactic bloodstream.

A cool, random video for a chill song is the perfect balm for those aching to see Her live this summer.
